Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Supervisor in Manassas, VA to oversee onsite construction services and ensure all project deliverables are completed on time.

You will manage workloads, schedules, budgets, quality, and safety, visit sites as needed, and support procurement with suppliers and subcontractors. Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.

This role requires current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Supervise onsite construction teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
• Ensure safety and environmental measures on site.
• Coordinate procurement for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Visit sites to support project management duties.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee workload and deadlines.
• Oversee services for the assigned project or client account.
• Provide financial and administrative support to the Project Management team.
• Manage key focus areas including scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Visit sites or offices to assist with project management duties.
• Ensure the construction site is safe and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with procurement for new suppliers and subcontractors.
• Set goals and monitor progress.
• Lead by example and drive CBRE RISE values.
