Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Construction Supervisor in Manassas, VA to oversee the onsite construction services and guide the team to deliver project milestones on time.

You will manage workloads, schedules, budgets, safety, and relationships with clients and vendors, while ensuring compliance and quality. The role requires 5+ years' supervisory experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
• Exceptional math skills and ability to calculate sophisticated figures (percentages, discounts, markups).

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee workload and deadlines for the support team.
• Oversee services for the assigned project or client account.
• Provide financial and administrative support to the Project Management team.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Visit sites or offices to assist with general project management duties.
• Ensure safety and environmental measures are implemented and the site is safe and clean.
• Assist with procurement for new suppliers and subcontractors.
• Set goals for the team and review progress regularly.
• Implement processes to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches.
