Job summary

Waltham Pest Services in Pembroke, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the vital link between customers and our service technicians, coordinating schedules and resolving issues promptly.

You will respond to inquiries, update records in our systems, assist Accounts Receivable/Collections, and provide customers with timely, accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required;Associates strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication (verbal and written).
• MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) proficiency and basic customer service know-how.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support, ensuring a great experience for internal and external clients.
• Create daily schedules to complete tasks and assignments.
• Assist Accounts Receivable and Collections to update efforts.
• Proactively update customers with timely information and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate data and knowledge of services to provide correct information.
• Update detailed records using customer service software.
