Job summary

Waltham Pest Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Administrative) to be the first point of contact for customers at our Scarborough, ME location. You’ll handle scheduling, answer questions, and support branch operations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You’ll work with team members to ensure timely communications, maintain records in our systems, and assist with accounts receivable activities while upholding exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Confident phone presence and customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to customers and internal teams.
• Build and manage daily schedules for tasks and service appointments.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable and collections activities.
• Provide timely updates and follow-through to customers.
• Share accurate information about services and solutions.
• Maintain detailed records in CS software and internal systems.
• Respond to inbound leads and referrals to drive opportunities.
• Coordinate service routes to maximize technician efficiency.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while multitasking.
