The role requires gathering information, answering product questions, and ensuring accurate documentation. This on-site position may involve occasional travel to customer sites and events to support customers and the sales team.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education preferred.
• Experience: Prior customer service, order processing, or sales support experience preferred.
• Skills: Detail oriented, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a first point of contact for customer calls and emails.
• Support sales team by preparing quotes and gathering information.
• Review and process customer purchase orders accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, order, and account information.
• Travel occasionally for customer visits, trade shows, or trainings.
