Job summary

Phase Technologies is seeking a Software Developer to work on PhaseOps (internal React/Node/MongoDB/PostgreSQL) and Phase Connect (industrial IoT) in Rapid City, SD. This on-site role blends internal business systems work with product development, including embedded firmware tasks where needed.

You will build features, design RESTful APIs, and collaborate across operations, sales, and engineering. DOE compensation; on-site only.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical development experience.
• Proficiency with React and Node.js.
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• REST API design, integration, and debugging.
• Git with branching and pull request workflows.
• Embedded or low-level development experience (C/C++) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features in PhaseOps, our internal full-stack web platform.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services in Node.js backed by MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Contribute to Phase Connect, our industrial IoT product, via mobile app or embedded firmware work.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and engineering to deliver features.
• Bridge data between field devices and internal business systems.
