Job summary

Catalent’s Florence, KY site is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage order-to-cash processes, ensuring on-time delivery and strong customer relationships. This onsite role interfaces with Supply Planning, Quality, Finance and Warehouse teams to fulfill contracts and service levels.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Act as secondary customer and site contact for assigned customers and manage contracts and delivery requirements.
• Maintain sales orders with firm promise dates and communicate changes to customers.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via meetings, trackers, email and phone.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve actions and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning to schedule manufacturing and with Materials to manage forecasts and inventory.
• Coordinate with Quality for timely release of finished goods and with Warehouse for shipments and inventory control.
• Assist Finance with analysis, pricing tracking, and billing accuracy.
