Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support safe and efficient jobsite operations by coordinating with the onsite General Manager/Supervisor, communicating with drivers and Dispatch, and addressing safety concerns. The role requires a HS diploma and 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities include ensuring access for trucks, gathering pour information, resolving issues, and guiding drivers with safety and site directions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of related experience in field operations or customer service.
• Ability to identify and address safety concerns on job sites.
• Bi-lingual communications skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on job site to ensure the pathway is free and clear for trucks.
• Coordinate with onsite General Manager or Supervisor to gather pour information.
• Address customer issues and ensure effective problem resolution.
• Communicate with drivers about safety issues and directions to the jobsite entrance.
