Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support safe, efficient jobsite operations. You will coordinate with the onsite General Manager/Supervisor, communicate with drivers and Dispatch, and address safety concerns on site.

Responsibilities include ensuring truck access, resolving customer issues, relaying pour details, and assisting drivers with safety directions and site logistics. Must have high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of related experience preferred with a proactive safety focus.
  • Bi-lingual communications skills are a plus; ability to interact professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Arrive at the job site to ensure clear pathway for trucks.
  • Communicate with the onsite General Manager or Supervisor to gather pour info.
  • Address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with drivers to convey safety issues and directions to site entrance.
  • Respond to spills and fluid leaks; assist drivers stuck in mud and hook up trailers.
  • Assist with washing down to minimize downtime and maintain site cleanliness.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting safe and efficient jobsite operations by coordinating with the onsite General Manager/Supervisor, communicating with drivers and Dispatch, and identifying and addressing potential safety concerns.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Arrive on job site to ensure the pathway is free and clear for our trucks to get in and out safely.
  • Communicate with the onsite General Manager or Supervisor to gather important info regarding the pour.
  • Addressescustomer issues and ensures effective problem resolution.
  • Communicate with the drivers to ensure the are aware of any and all safety issues on the jobsite, and able to assist drivers with correct directions to the jobsite entrance.
  • Respond to and clean up any concrete spills and fluid leaks.
  • Able to assist drivers that are stuck in the mud on the jobsite such as helping to hook up a strap and pull them out.
  • Help assist drivers washing down to eliminate excessive was down times.
  • Able to hook up a trailer to a pick up truck.
  • Able to be outside for excessive time during extreme temp conditions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Required Work Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety concerns.
  • Additional Education Preferred: Compensation will review the educational and years of experiencerequirements once the completed description has been submitted.
  • Required Technical Skills: Dispatch systems, Personal Computer, Telephone and Telephone Headset.
Additional Requirements
  • Excellent oral (telephone) communication skills. Bi-lingual communicationsskills are a plus. Ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers. Detail orientedwith the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Able to prioritize work. Strong organizational skills.
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
