Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Health & Safety Coordinator to support site leadership in reducing risk and strengthening the H&S culture across assigned areas in North America. You will guide management, staff, and supervisors to implement the HSMS and drive improvements in safety performance.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, regulatory compliance support, and developing dashboards to monitor KPI. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with HR are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; field preferred: Engineering, Chemistry, Occupational H&S, HSE.
• MSHA and OSHA experience preferred; DOT experience desirable.
• Experience with management systems: ISO 9000/14000 or OHSAS 18000 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide H&S guidance to site management and supervisors for H&S performance.
• Help define and prioritize actions to implement long-term country/site H&S strategy.
• Use specialized knowledge to drive safety culture and KPI improvement across sites.
