Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to support management and staff in reducing risk, implementing the HSMS, and building a strong safety culture across sites in the US. You will guide management, conduct investigations, and help drive KPI tracking and continuous improvement in safety performance.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree in Engineering/Occupational H&S and at least 3 years of related experience, with OSHA/MSHA exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Experience in Health & Safety (H&S) preferred; MSHA/OSHA experience a plus.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements at federal/state/local levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to site management on H&S to reduce risk exposure.
• Develop and implement HSMS and strengthen H&S competencies.
• Assist in incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Support safety audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Define dashboards to track safety metrics across sites.
