Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Class A CDL driver for our North America division. You will drive heavy equipment transport to job sites, perform pre/post-trip checks, and load/unload loads with a focus on safety and on-time delivery. You will communicate with dispatch and maintain driver logs daily.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement preferred; DOT physical card current.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year related experience transporting equipment in contracting/materials.
• Excellent driving skills and safe navigation abilities.
• Equipment operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck trailer to transport heavy equipment for asphalt and construction projects.
• Load and unload equipment; ensure loads are secure.
• Communicate truck/job status to dispatch and maintain logs.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety.
• Maintain truck appearance and basic maintenance checks (tires, fluids).
• Interact with customers and provide quality service.
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies; wear PPE.
