Rodenhiser Home Services Inc. is seeking an onsite Customer Service Representative who can deliver a warm welcome, a calm and professional phone presence, and five-star service to every client interaction.

Ideal candidates are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task while maintaining accurate client records. The role requires strong verbal and written communication and IT proficiency to operate our phone systems and CRM.

Qualifications

• Two years’ proven track record in customer service (preferred).
• High school education or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming client requests into booked service appointments.
• Respond to client requests via phone, text and email, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
• Collaborate with field and office teams to create seamless service experiences.
• Participate in training to boost booked calls.
• Maintain and update client database with complete and accurate information.
• Make outbound calls.
• Be available for On-Call duties.
