Kelly is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Suwanee, GA. You will handle incoming calls, onboard new customers, process orders in SAP, and coordinate shipping and invoicing, collaborating with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answering and managing incoming phone calls.
• Managing the new customer onboarding process.
• Receiving, reviewing, and processing all orders in SAP.
• Processing expedited parcel shipments prior to daily cutoff.
• Determining optimal ship-from/ship-to locations and best shipping methods.
• Calculating and quoting freight costs, including them in orders at the time of processing.
• Coordinating paperwork with third-party warehouses and freight companies.
• Verifying accurate pricing on customer purchase orders and requesting revisions as needed.
• Investigating short payments and processing credits/debits for damages or inventory discrepancies.
• Processing drop shipments and entering tracking information daily.
• Supporting the sales team and responding to customer requests regarding products and the sales process.
• Working closely with Production and Logistics to ensure order fulfillment.
• Collaborating with Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Investigating open orders and ensuring timely invoicing by month end.
• Assisting in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the department.
• Ensuring accuracy of data entered in SAP and shared across departments.
