Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Danbury, CT. The position is a contract through March 2027 with a pay rate of $23 per hour and hours Monday through Friday 8:30am–5pm.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling phone calls, emails, order entry, and quotes while delivering professional support. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Written and verbal English communication required.
• Familiar with CRM systems and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via multiple channels.
• Provide pricing, availability, tracking, and order status information.
• Generate invoices, packing slips, and certificates on request.
• Use shipment and billing systems to complete transactions.
• Initiate quotations using Salesforce CRM.
• Own unresolved issues and follow up promptly.
• Provide account coverage as needed and escalate when appropriate.
