Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate information regarding orders, delivery status, and product details.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing questions and requests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and installation services through follow-up.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved matters when necessary.
• Monitor and track delivery schedules to provide real-time updates.
• Maintain knowledge of Temco Logistics’ products and services to support inquiries.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Prepare and submit timely reports, presentations, and proposals.
