ofi North America (Olam Food Ingredients) seeks a Customer Operations Coordinator for an on-site role in Fresno, CA. You’ll manage orders, pricing, and document requests, serving as the SME for system users and coordinating with customers and vendors to keep data accurate.

The role requires 1 year in logistics/customer support, SAP experience preferred, and strong communication. Travel to sites may be required; multiple teams collaborate to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of logistics/customer support experience required.

• Experience with trading companies is a plus.
• Strong accounting, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders in the Order to Cash process using SAP.
• Maintain adherence to contracted pull rates and annual volumes.
• Handle documents requests and customer inquiries.
• Prepare periodic internal/external reports.
• Process billing and credit/debit notes.
• Coordinate deductions and collections.
