Job summary

ofi North America in Chicago, IL, seeks a Customer Operations Coordinator to manage orders, pricing, documents, inquiries, complaints and resolutions onsite, reporting to the Customer Operations Director.

The role develops relationships with customers and vendors, maintains data integrity, generates standard reports, and supports process improvements with strong problem solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics/customer support experience required.
• ERP experience; SAP preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders through the Order to Cash process in SAP.
• Ensure adherence to contracted pull rates and annual volumes.
• Process sample and document requests; prepare standard reports.
• Post invoices, and handle debits/credits and deductions.
• Coordinate international shipping documents and LC-related tasks.
• Serve as primary contact for orders, pricing, and product information.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to meet timelines.
• Support process improvements and maintain data integrity.
