Job summary

Kontos Foods Inc. is seeking a Customer Logistics Specialist to serve as the central hub between customers, the warehouse, and transportation partners. You will orchestrate orders, coordinate delivery appointments, and maintain exceptional service with a focus on reliability.

As part of the Logistics team, you will design weekly delivery schedules, monitor shipments, and ensure the cold chain remains intact while managing carrier relationships and documentation with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business; or 3+ years in logistics.
• 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or high-volume order management.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end order lifecycle with precision and ensure orders are fulfilled seamlessly.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing delivery appointments and requests.
• Anticipate delays and resolve inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Production to synchronize delivery dates with inventory.
• Design weekly delivery schedules and coordinate nationwide refrigerated FTL/LTL shipments.
