Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Indianapolis to support post-installation services and ensure a 5-star customer experience. You will diagnose issues, schedule service visits, and use company tools to communicate effectively with customers and teams.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, a High School Diploma, and experience with Salesforce. Full-time schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with competitive benefits and compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service for post-installation issues.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, text, website, or colleagues.
• Coordinate service visits and verify scope of work.
• Attend and contribute to the daily morning Customer Service huddle.
• Deliver data and feedback on service issues to leadership.
