Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Experience using Amtech operating system.
• Ability to learn and navigate customer web portals.
• Strong written and oral communication; organized and detail oriented.
• Corrugated industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Escalate queries to the Customer Service Manager as needed.
• Enter all orders following six checkpoints and acknowledge within 24 hours.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the Amtech Master file.
• Keep customer item specs up to date.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
• Log customer complaints and short pays in Amtech.
• Coordinate customer pickups of defective products with shipping.
• Serve as internal main contact for Sales and support Territory Managers.
