Responsibilities

• Escalate queries to Customer Service Manager.
• Enter orders and acknowledge customers within 24 hours.
• Maintain customer info in Amtech and update specs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with products/services.
• Manage quotes and monitor due dates for orders.
• Coordinate pickups of defective products with shipping.
• Build relationships with customers and Territory Managers.
• Serve as internal point of contact for Sales.
