Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for customers and distributors needing support with Fluke products.
• Handle calls and emails, resolving inquiries and guiding users to resources.
• Navigate Five9 and CRM Dynamics to manage high-volume interactions (approx. 75 calls, 30–50 emails daily).
• Assist with contracts, quotes, orders, shipping, and basic service questions including calibration/repair quotes.
• Advise on RMA procedures, distributor stock rotation, warranties, and service options.
