Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Familiarity with call center software and telecommunication tools.
• Retail or related customer service experience.
• Good data entry/keyboard skills; 40 WPM minimum.
• Experience with channels of support, including voice, social and/or chat.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications: internet navigation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good judgment, adaptability, high stress tolerance and resilience.
