The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency with CRM and standard office tools.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven customer service experience preferred (not required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Comfortable using computer and phone systems; able to learn CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming client requests into booked service appointments.
• Respond to client requests via phone, text, and email, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
• Collaborate with field and office teams to create seamless service experiences.
• Participate in training to boost booked calls.
• Maintain and update client database with complete and accurate information.
• Make outbound calls.
• Be available for on-call duties.
