MTM Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the frontline presence for members, clients, and facilities. You will handle inbound calls and contribute to a caring, compliant customer experience.

On-site in St. Louis, MO, you will manage high call volumes (60–80 daily) with opportunities to grow within a supportive, values-driven team. A year in a call center and six months in customer service are expected, with solid typing and computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Manage 60-80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
• Present MTM Health professionally as the frontline representative.
