Job summary

Astrix Inc. in Morrisville, PA is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to support customer relationships and oversee order activities in a fully onsite environment.

This contract-to-hire role focuses on resolving issues and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience managing a dedicated customer portfolio.
• 3+ years of B2B customer service/account management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain successful customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience in distribution and/or the chemical industry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Act as a customer advocate while supporting company products and services.
• Oversee customer orders and ensure key deliverables are met.
• Resolve customer questions and issues while maintaining a high level of service.
• Make decisions that support customer satisfaction and company financial objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders and customer needs are handled efficiently.
