The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced sales environment. This is an in-office oriented administrative position with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask across competing priorities.
• High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and recordkeeping.
• Comfort working in a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration Tuesday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, sales staff, and internal teams, providing responsive and professional support.
• Draft clear, accurate correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Update and maintain client records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Manage multiple clients, orders, or open issues simultaneously, prioritizing effectively throughout the day.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks tied to order fulfillment and client service.
