Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• No relocation assistance; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Omaha, NE.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT-related eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Schedule orders from entry to shipment, coordinating across engineering, drafting, fabrication and manufacturing.
• Maintain scheduling information in VISTA and OMS systems with accuracy.
• Manage master production schedules and monthly sales/backlog reporting.
• Prepare data for monthly forecasting and ISO work instructions.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and plant customs documentation; lead daily production meetings.
