Job summary
NextStep Recruiting is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a manufacturing/distribution client in Rock Hill, SC. Roles are onsite, Monday through Friday, contract-to-hire with potential permanent hire.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of high-volume customer service experience, be proficient in SAP for entering customer orders, and possess strong communication skills. English/Spanish bilingual abilities are a big plus.
Qualifications
- 2 years of high-volume customer service experience.
- Recent experience using SAP software to enter customer orders is required.
- Customer Service and Order Entry experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment would be helpful.
- Fluent bilingual English/Spanish language skills a big plus.
