Job summary

NextStep Recruiting is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a manufacturing/distribution client in Rock Hill, SC. Roles are onsite, Monday through Friday, contract-to-hire with potential permanent hire.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of high-volume customer service experience, be proficient in SAP for entering customer orders, and possess strong communication skills. English/Spanish bilingual abilities are a big plus.

These are onsite roles Monday - Friday at our client's location in Rock Hill, SC. These roles are contract-to-hire, and our client is hoping to hire you on permanently if everything goes well.
