Job summary

Bunzl is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Tempe, AZ office. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and order inquiries, collaborating with sales, warehouse, and billing to ensure a smooth order experience from start to finish.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. On-site work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with order entry or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50–100+ daily customer interactions.
• Process and manage high-volume customer orders with accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, and delivery concerns.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales, warehouse, and billing teams.
• Expedite orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems.
• Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and processes.
• Support additional customer service and administrative tasks.
