Job summary

Pulse Final Mile is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support home delivery services for key client(s) and local operations. You will dispatch delivery teams, maintain positive customer relationships, and drive operational efficiency while directly supporting our clients’ customers.

This fast-paced role requires on-site warehouse support, clear communication with carriers and partners, and adherence to contract metrics while upholding Pulse standards and values.

Qualifications

1+ year of customer service experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
Excellent communication and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Coordinate communication flow between carriers, customers, clients, and retail partners.
Provide on-site warehouse support to ensure adherence to client SOW procedures.
Represent Pulse Final Mile locally and uphold company standards and values.
Ensure compliance with contract metrics and terms.
Maintain high standards for all operational activities.
Support contract drivers and customers daily.
Handle inbound and outbound calls during scheduled shifts.
Make a high volume of outbound calls to confirm deliveries and share pertinent information.
