Job summary

Pulse Final Mile LLC in Colorado is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support home delivery services for key clients and local operations. This role focuses on dispatching delivery teams, maintaining positive customer relationships, and driving operational efficiency on a fast-paced schedule.

As an on-site CSR, you will coordinate with network partners, handle calls, and conduct routine checks while upholding Pulse standards and values.

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook preferred).
Excellent communication skills.
Schedule flexibility and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Coordinate communication flow between customers, clients, and Pulse representatives.
Provide on-site warehouse support to ensure compliance with client SOW procedures.
Act as a local Pulse representative to uphold standards and culture.
Ensure compliance with contract metrics and terms.
Maintain high standards for all operational activities.
Support contract drivers and customers daily.
Monitor routes and provide updates on deliveries and escalations.
Handle inbound and outbound calls during the shift.
Conduct truck check-in and loadout weekly.
Update reports and trackers as required.
Provide world-class customer service.
