Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales experience.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask.
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Computer knowledge including Excel; SAP/ERP experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR).

• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, process orders, expedite/returns.
• Source parts as needed.
• Assist in generating sales.
