Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• Minimum 4 years in automotive or related industry.
• Experience with DFMEA and DVP&R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate product needs to design requirements and feasible concepts.
• Manage CAD resources to develop 3D models and 2D prints.
• Develop and execute DFMEA and DVP&R documents.
• Conduct hardware development tasks and testing across builds.
• Manage build-to-print and full-service suppliers.
• Utilize CAE resources to validate designs.
• Document and report status to customers.
• Address escalated technical issues and complex problems.
• Assist and coach junior engineers.
