The candidate will coordinate schedules, track expenditures, and ensure timely milestones while collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of coordination experience or 3 years of skilled trade experience.
• Excellent customer service, detail oriented, reliable attendance and overtime willingness.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross functional teams.
• Ability to follow directions and multi-task; document lessons learned for quality development.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate office and shop activity while relaying customer expectations.
• Assist Project Manager with timing, budgets, quality, and material management.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors and monitor vendor performance.
• Develop and execute small project plans and milestones.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collect data from customers, suppliers, BOM and other resources to compile reports.
• Review project status daily and report progress.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
