Job summary

Roush is seeking a Project Coordinator in Livonia, Michigan, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires cross-functional work to manage outcomes and stakeholder requirements. It is a full-time afternoon shift from 2:00 p.m.

to 11:00 p.m. You will assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity, relay customer expectations, and support subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience is required.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship is required.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer service focus, reliable attendance, and willingness to overtime.
• Ability to follow directions and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to compile lessons learned for quality improvement.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relay customer expectations.
• Assist in developing and executing small project plans.
• Complete milestones on time and within budget with cross-functional teams.
• Review data from customers and suppliers and create reports.
• Coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor vendor performance.
• Support management of materials for launch and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
