Job summary

LTTS is seeking an experienced data management engineer to consolidate and validate equipment data across multiple facilities in the Oil and Gas domain. You will work with engineering documents, master data, and asset registers to ensure accurate lifecycle information.

The role requires an engineering degree (Instrument or Mechanical) with 5+ years of experience, and a practical ability to read PFD/PID drawings and update the data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze the landscape of equipment used across facilities and manage engineering information through the life cycle of the facility.
• Assist in the physical walkdown to validate the as-is condition of the field on engineering documents (PID, PFD, Electrical documents).
• Define and analyze the engineering information in the Master Engineering data set and validate it against the defined SoRs for Oil and Gas industrial domain.
• Align and standardize current information to Master Data Standards by reviewing and enhancing classes, attributes and hierarchy.
• Read, review and interpret technical drawings to validate information submitted in Asset Registers and upload to the Engineering Data Warehouse.
• Cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and reconciliation of Master Data.

• Assist in the physical walkdown to validate the as is condition of the field on the engineering documents (PID, PFD, Electrical documents etc.)


• Defining and analyzing the engineering information in the existing Master Engineering data set and validating it against the defined engineering SoRs (Engineering Documents and other system of records) for Oil and Gas (O&G) Industrial domain


• Aligning and standardizing the current information to Master Data Standards by reviewing and enhancing the existing classes, attributes and hierarchy


• Read, review and interpret technical drawings, design documents to validate the engineering technical information submitted in the Asset Registers by the EPC Engineers. The same information is then uploaded to the Engineering Data Warehouse


• Cleansing, Standardization, Enrichment, and Reconciliation of Master Data
