Job summary

LTTS is seeking a disciplined technician-level coordinator to support the development of engineering drawings for existing facilities in Midland. The role involves coordinating a team of drafters, performing field verifications, and ensuring accurate documentation in the ACONEX repository.

The candidate will work with internal teams and the ExxonMobil drone initiative as needed, while maintaining schedule-driven deliverables and interfacing with document control systems.

• Will coordinate work with a team of LTTS drafters located remotely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of as-built or as-is engineering drawings and deliverables for existing facilities (e.g., Pipeline Risers, Pump Stations, Ponds, Mobile Clean Brine Facilities).
• Validate field equipment in Midland during site visits to ensure deliverable accuracy.
• Build plan (Gantt Chart) to align team on timeline and priority of deliverable development.
• Interface with Information Management to store deliverables in ACONEX repository.

Roles and Responsibilities - What the individual is expected to do

• Coordinate development of as-built or as-is engineering drawings and deliverables for existing facilities (e.g., Pipeline Risers, Pump Stations, Ponds, Mobile Clean Brine Facilities, etc.) without proper documentation to support MOCs and other engineering tasks:
• P&IDs
• C&Es
• Electrical One-Line Diagrams
• Wiring Diagrams
• Loop Diagrams
• Plot Plan / Hazardous Area Classification
• Process Control Narratives
• Field Visits - Located in Midland. Validate existing equipment in the field to ensure accuracy of newly developed engineering deliverables, including coordination with internal ExxonMobil drone team in some instances
• Build plan (Gantt Chart) to align team on timeline and priority of deliverable development
• Create method to visualize/track facilities with engineering deliverable gaps; interface with Uncon "Foundations" project to align scope
• Interface with Information Management team to ensure newly created deliverables are properly stored in ACONEX document repository
