Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook and driver to join our campus dining team. You will prepare meals from scratch, follow recipes and safety policies, and transport food between sites as needed.

Responsibilities include portion control, proper food handling, and ensuring freshness and quality while delivering friendly, attentive service. Valid driver’s license required for transport tasks.

Qualifications

• Complete knowledge of culinary methods and standards.
• Ability to use a variety of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Valid state driver’s license for transport duties.
• At least 1 year in a high-volume, scratch-cooked environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce food following recipes and safety policies.
• Ensure proper portioning, temperatures, and storage of leftovers.
• Load and transport food between locations per schedule.
