Job summary

Themesoft Inc is seeking a Change Control Board Engineer in Cincinnati, OH, for a 6-12+ month onsite contract. The role focuses on configuration management, change control, and PLM processes within Nuclear-grade contexts, supporting BOM integrity and approvals.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience with CCB, PLM, and BOM analysis, and is legally authorized to work in the United States. Onsite work required, with continuity across product controls.

Qualifications

• Responsible Configuration Management (RCM) Services Review and disposition Change Orders, Change Actions, and Issues in PLM as part of the CCB process.
• Verify that each Change Request is complete, technically sound, and aligns with the stated change intent.
• Confirm that proposed changes are consistent with customer requirements, applicable product standards, and accepted engineering practices.
• Perform BOM "where-used" analysis and confirm all affected units, configurations, and structures.
• Identify and route additional approvals and notifications based on the type and scope of each Change Request.
• Collaborate with Change Owners and other stakeholders to resolve CCB rejection comments and resubmit changes as needed.
• Confirm that BOM/part/document releases and related changes are correctly implemented in PLM.
• Support CCB activities across the applicable products and product controls.
