Themesoft Inc in Milford, OH is seeking a Contractual Product Data Specialist to support Change Management and PLM processes on-site. You will manage configuration data, plan product structure changes for standard and plant configurations, and maintain documentation across PLM environments.

The role emphasizes weekly data analytics, access control for tools and workflows, and daily status updates to keep projects on track. 6-12 month contract, onsite only, authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience with Change Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Maintain accuracy of engineering attributes and configuration-related data in PLM.
• Plan and execute product structure changes for standard and plant configurations.
• Create and edit features, feature rules, design variants, configuration features, configuration options, and customer requirement mappings.
• Create and maintain document catalog templates and structures.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain lists of acronyms and requirements used in text-based documents.
• Review and provide access to tools required for supporting execution activities; create and maintain user access groups, forms, workflows, and automation.
• Provide weekly data on volume by project and by deliverable type, planned v actual, requested v delivered, on schedule v late, backlog, throughput, and quality measures.
• Perform daily task level statusing of activities started, in-process, or completed related to schedule, time control, forms, workflows, and other progress measurement systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Required Technical Skill Set--Change Management, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
• Configuration Data Management Services
• Maintain the accuracy of key engineering attributes and configuration-related data in PLM.
• Plan, manage, and execute product structure changes for standard and plant-specific configurations.
• Create and edit logical features, feature rules, design variants, configuration features, configuration options, and customer requirement mappings.
• Create and maintain document catalog templates and structures.

Product Support

Create new and maintain lists of acronyms and requirements used in text-based documents

Tool Support

• Review and provide access to tools required for supporting execution activities
• Create and maintain user access groups, forms, workflows, and automation

Data Analytics

Provide weekly data on volume by project and by deliverable type on a Technical Writer basis, planned v actual, requested v delivered, on schedule v late, backlog, throughput, and conditions related to quality, including first pass yield, defect trends, CRs and corresponding measures

Progress Updates

Perform daily task level statusing of activities started, in-process, or completed related to schedule, time control, forms, workflows, and other progress measurement systems
