Job summary

METRIX IT SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an experienced Configuration Management professional to support export control scope and nuclear/defense configurations. You will manage change control activities within PLM, review Change Orders, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and engineering standards.

Responsibilities include BOM where-used analysis, routing approvals, resolving CCB comments, and ensuring BOM/releases are correctly implemented in PLM. Nuclear experience and U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with export control and configuration management in nuclear/defense.
• Review and disposition change orders and changes in PLM.
• Ensure BOM and configurations align with customer requirements and standards.
• Coordinate approvals and notifications via CCB processes.
• Verify releases and related changes in PLM.

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition Change Orders, Change Actions, and Issues in PLM as part of the CCB process.
• Verify that each Change Request is complete, technically sound, and aligns with the stated change intent.
• Confirm that proposed changes are consistent with customer requirements, applicable product standards, and accepted engineering practices.
• Perform BOM “where-used” analysis and confirm all affected units, configurations, and structures.
• Identify and route additional approvals and notifications based on the type and scope of each Change Request.
• Collaborate with Change Owners and other stakeholders to resolve CCB rejection comments and resubmit changes as needed.
• Confirm that BOM/part/document releases and related changes are correctly implemented in PLM.
• Support CCB activities across the applicable products and product controls.
• Ensure experience comply with Nuclear experience along with required American Codes knowledge
