Volto Consulting is seeking a Responsible Configuration Management (RCM) professional to oversee Change Orders, Actions, and Issues in PLM within the CCB framework. You will verify completeness and technical soundness, ensuring alignment with change intent.

Responsibilities include BOM “where-used” analysis, routing approvals, and collaboration with Change Owners to address CCB comments. Nuclear experience and American Codes knowledge are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Change Management in Nuclear/Defense domains.
• Knowledge of applicable American Codes and standards.
• Proven ability to perform BOM “where-used” analysis and configuration control.

Aufgaben

• Review and disposition Change Orders, Change Actions, and Issues in PLM as part of the CCB process.
• Verify Change Requests are complete, technically sound, and align with change intent.
• Confirm proposed changes are consistent with customer requirements and accepted engineering practices.
• Perform BOM “where-used” analysis and confirm affected units, configurations, and structures.
• Identify and route approvals and notifications based on Change Request type and scope.
• Collaborate with Change Owners to resolve CCB rejection comments and resubmit changes as needed.
• Ensure BOM/part/document releases and related changes are correctly implemented in PLM.
• Support CCB activities across products and product controls.
