Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Digital Technology (DT) Program Lead in Tewksbury, MA to provide leadership and management of Digital needs for the Patriot program. The role requires being based in Tewksbury with travel as needed and 100% onsite work.

You will partner with engineering and management to translate requirements into plans, oversee EV and CAM, and drive cross-functional collaboration across teams while ensuring security compliance. A Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret Clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience or 5 years with an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital tasks planning, scheduling, EV reporting and CAM governance.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Security, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Capture requirements, develop Basis of Estimates and manage program scope.
• Oversee cost, schedule and performance of Digital work streams.
• Document innovative technical solutions for the Raytheon Digital community.
• Support pre-proposal activities and develop BOEs for opportunities.
• Ensure 100% onsite delivery and compliance with DFARS, CMMC, RMF.
