Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business (or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, managing a high-volume account, or providing on-premise client support.

Responsibilities

• Screen contractors to verify qualifications and match to open positions.
• Answer contractor questions about pay, benefits, and on-site details.
• Maintain contractor workforce per client program and company policies; monitor attendance and performance.
• Provide on-site leadership and communication between client managers, local office, and contractors.
