Lancesoft is seeking a contingent Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care in an onsite Fredericksburg clinic. The role requires assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.

The position is a contract role, with a typical schedule including weekdays and some holidays. Candidates must hold an RN license and have EMR experience, preferably Epic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; Epic experience preferred.
• Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.

Responsabilités

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses.
• Monitor vital signs and record abnormalities (BP, HR, RR, temp).
• Conduct routine assessments to monitor health and well-being.
