Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of work; compact licenses acceptable if issued to the primary state of residence.
• BLS certification with expiration at least 30 days past start date.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate complex patient conditions and monitor treatment responses.
• Monitor vital signs and document abnormalities.
• Conduct routine assessments to monitor health and well-being.
• Assist patients with access to healthcare and community resources.
• Review medications for interactions and side effects.
• Document patient history in electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and clinicians.
