Lancesoft seeks a Clinical Care Registered Nurse for a full-time, onsite contract in Kokomo, IN. You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document care within an interdisciplinary team.

Required are an active RN license in Indiana, a BSN, and BLS certification. Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred) and patient education is essential; weekend/holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of work (Indiana).
• BLS required; expiration date no less than 30 days past start date.
• BSN degree required; Compact licenses acceptable if valid in home state.

Responsabilités

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate complex patient conditions and document responses.
• Monitor vital signs and record abnormalities.
• Perform routine assessments to support patient well-being.
• Assist patients in accessing healthcare and community resources.
• Document patient history and care using EMR.
